Smart Balance® Non-Stick Cooking Spray – Original

5 whole wheat 100 calorie buns, toasted
1 small hass avocado, sliced thin

Recipe Steps

Combine the ingredients for the chipotle mayonnaise in a small bowl and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, red bell pepper, carrots, breadcrumbs, onion, chili powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Make five equal patties, 5 1/2 oz each, flattening them out to be sure they cook through.

Heat a large grill pan or light the outdoor grill on medium heat. When hot, generously spray the pan or grates with oil.

Add the burgers to the grill and reduce the heat to medium-low.

Cook on one side until browned 4-5 minutes, then flip.

Cook another 4-5 minutes until burgers are cooked all the way through; place burgers on toasted buns and top with sliced avocado and chipotle mayonnaise.
