From the bistro to your dinner table, this sandwich cuts back on fat but none of the taste.
1/4 cup Smart Balance® Omega Plus™ Light Mayonnaise Dressing
1 tbsp chipotle pepper adobo sauce
9 oz ciabatta, cut into 4 pieces
4 grilled chicken cutlets, 8 oz total
2 cups baby arugula
Smart Balance® Omega Non-Stick Cooking Spray
Combine Smart Balance® Omega Plus™ Light Mayonnaise Dressing and chipotle pepper adobo sauce in a small bowl.
Slice the bread open and spread the spicy mayonnaise inside both sides of the sandwich. Lay the chicken and arugula in the sandwich; close and spray both sides of the bread with Smart Balance® Omega Non-Stick Cooking Spray.
Place on a panini press and close press until the bread is toasted. Cut in half and eat right away.
