Recipe Ingredients

1 lb package gnocchi
1/4 cup Smart Balance® Blended Butter Sticks
1 clove garlic, minced
10 fresh sage leaves, chopped
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp fresh black pepper
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Recipe Steps

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the gnocchi according to package directions; drain.

In a medium skillet, melt Smart Balance® Blended Butter Sticks over medium-low heat. Add garlic and cook until golden, about 3 minutes. Add sage and sauté one minute.

Add cooked gnocchi to the sage butter sauce and toss well along with salt, fresh pepper and Parmesan cheese.
