Recipe Ingredients

I fennel bulb, thinly sliced
2 oranges, segmented
2 green onions, sliced thin
1 tbsp Smart Balance Omega Oil
1 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 ounce of Parmigiano Reggiano, shaved (optional)

Recipe Steps

Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl and stir well.

Chill for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Garnish with shaved Parmigiano Reggiano, if desired.
