Recipe Ingredients

1 clove garlic, minced
2 small limes, juiced
3 tbsp Smart Balance® Cooking Oil
1 tsp cumin
crushed red pepper, to taste
1/2 tsp salt
2 (15 oz) cans chickpeas (garbanzo beans), rinsed and drained
1/2 small red onion, finely diced
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

Recipe Steps

In a large bowl, combine the garlic, lime juice, oil, cumin, crushed red pepper and salt.

Add the chickpeas, onion and cilantro; stir gently to combine.

Serve right away or refrigerate.
