Recipe Ingredients

3 stalks celery, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
Smart Balance® Cooking Oil
8 oz cream cheese
1 can cream of Mushroom condense soup
1 can no salt added tomatoes, diced
1 lb crawfish, boiled and peeled (or any combination cooked seafood)
1/2 lb smoked, cooked sausage, chopped into bite-sized pieces
1 cup rice, cooked

Recipe Steps

Saute celery and onions in pan coated with cooking oil until vegetable are tender tender.

Combine remaining ingredients then add sauted vegetables.

Pour into casserole dish and bake in 350 degree oven until warmed through.
