Shake up your salads! Sweet fruit flavors and poppy seed vinaigrette make this spinach salad recipe stand out.
This recipe is part of our Spring For Flavor recipe feature.
For the dressing:
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup Smart Balance® Cooking Oil
1 tsp minced red onion
3 tbsp honey
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1/2 tbsp poppy seeds
For the salad:
5 oz bag baby spinach
1/4 cup sliced almond
1 pint sliced strawberries
Place all the dressing ingredients in a small jar and shake.
Combine the salad ingredients in a big salad bowl and serve with dressing on the side.
Makes 4 servings.
