A slight flavoring of herbs infused into the slow–cooking process makes this a memorable dessert.

Recipe Ingredients

4 sprays Smart Balance® Non-Stick Cooking Spray – Original
4 peaches, halved
1 1/2 teaspoons Smart Balance® Cooking Oil
2 tablespoons sugar
1/8 teaspoon finely chopped fresh thyme or lavender
2 tablespoons low-fat sour cream

Recipe Steps

Preheat oven to 225° degrees.

Spray a baking dish with Smart Balance® Non-Stick Cooking Spray – Original. In a large bowl, toss peaches with Smart Balance® Cooking Oil, sugar and herbs.

Place peaches in a baking dish skin side up. Scrape any sugar that remains in the bowl on top of peaches. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and tender.

Garnish with sour cream and serve.
