Recipe Steps

Omit pasta, beans and mozzarella from ingredients and substitute 4 oz chopped mushrooms for zucchini. Cook vegetables as directed. Reduce heat to mediumlow and stir in the pasta sauce. Add 8 oz frozen meatless protein crumbles, the basil, crushed red pepper (if desired) and remaining 1 tablespoon oil. Cook until sauce is thoroughly heated, or freeze sauce at this point for later use. Serve over cooked spaghetti and top with Parmesan cheese.
