Recipe Ingredients

1/2 cup Smart Balance® Rich Roast Peanut Butter and Omega-3 from Flax Oil Creamy or Chunky
8 slices cinnamon raisin bread, preferably whole wheat, lightly toasted
1 medium red apple, such as Gala, halved, cored and very thinly sliced
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon honey*

Recipe Steps

Spread 2 tablespoons of the Smart Balance® Rich Roast Peanut Butter and Omega-3 from Flax Oil Creamy or Chunky on each of 4 toast slices, top with equal amounts of apple slices. Drizzle the honey evenly over the apples. Top with the remaining toast slices and press down to allow bread to adhere slightly.

Using a serrated knife, cut each sandwich in half.
