This refreshing recipe is a fun twist on the classic PB&J — made with smooth peanut butter, yogurt and sweet strawberry preserves, it’s a great way to feed your sweet tooth without the guilt!

6 oz fat-free plain yogurt
1 1/2 tbsp reduced sugar strawberry preserves
2 tbsp strawberries, quartered
2 tbsp Smart Balance® Peanut Butter
Place 1/2 tbsp strawberry preserves on the bottom of a parfait glass. Top with half the yogurt, 1/2 tbsp preserves, 1 tbsp Smart Balance® Peanut Butter, and half of the strawberries. Add remaining yogurt, strawberry preserves, peanut butter and strawberries.
Time: 10 minutes
