1 (8 oz) package fat-free cream cheese softened
½ cup confectioners’ sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup Smart Balance® Rich Roast Creamy Peanut Butter
12 oz fat-free whipped topping
1 reduced fat graham piecrust
2 tsp chocolate syrup
In a large mixing bowl, add cream cheese, confectioners’ sugar, vanilla extract and Smart Balance® Rich Roast Creamy Peanut Butter. Whip with mixer until smooth.
Add whipped topping and mix until blended.
Spoon into piecrust, decorate with chocolate syrup and allow to chill in refrigerator for two hours before serving.
