Easy, delicious and truly a baker’s dream: make a large batch at once, or refrigerate the dough for later.

1 lb Smart Balance® Original Buttery Spread
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
3 large eggs, well beaten
1 cup nuts
1 tsp vanilla
6 cups flour, sifted
1 tsp baking soda dissolved in a little warm water
1 tsp salt
Cream Smart Balance® Original Buttery Spread and sugars, add well-beaten large eggs and nuts.
Add vanilla, baking soda, salt and sifted flour, then shape into rolls.
Slice thin and bake at 400°F for approximately 7 minutes.
