Breakfast Burritos

Recipe Ingredients

Use corn or flour tortillas
Spray pan with smart balance non-stick spray
1t extra virgin olive oil
1t extra virgin coconut oil (I love the one from GNC)
1 ½ smart balance butter
Cholula or Tabasco
Drogheria & Alimentari All Natural Spice Grinder Garlic & Red Pepper (Chili)
7-8 Baby Bella mushrooms rough sliced
1 red, yellow or orange bell pepper diced
4 small round breakfast steaks or substitute 4 breakfast turkey sausages
1 red onion thinly diced
2 oz Colby cheese shredded
Spinach, chard and/or kale chiffonade
Ground cinnamon
5-6 eggs we only use the ones that the hens are feed flax seed diet.

Recipe Steps

In large skillet over med heat place evoo, evco, smb Cholula and Grinder Garlic & Red Pepper in to oil while it melts it will start to bubble place in diced onion, bell pepper diced and cook thin steaks( make sure you add salt and pepper to them on both sides) for about 2 minutes on each side.

Turn skillet to low. Remover the steaks and put in mushrooms add salt. Let steaks sit for about 3-5 minuets while the mushrooms cook.

Add beaten salt, garlic, pepper eggs to skillet constantly stir
When eggs are almost cooked add Colby cheese, dice steak and one or two turns of ground cinnamon
Top with Spinach, chard and/or kale chiffonade
