2 tbsp Smart Balance® Rich Roast Creamy Peanut Butter
2 slices sprouted wheat bread
1/3 cup sliced banana
1 tbsp shopped walnuts
dash of cinnamon
2 tsp honey
Spread your peanut butter on both slices of bread.
Top one side with sliced bananas, walnuts, a sprinkle of cinnamon and a drizzle of honey.
Grill either on the stovetop or in a panini press for about 5 minutes, until the outside of the sandwich is crispy and golden brown. Let cool for 1 to 2 minutes and enjoy!
