A filling family favorite, with less fat, less calories, but all the taste.
2 lbs russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
4 large garlic cloves, peeled and halved
1/4 cup Smart Balance® Fat Free Milk and Omega-3s
1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
2 tbsp Smart Balance® Blended Butter Sticks
salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
3 tbsp fresh chives
Boil potatoes and garlic in a large pot of salted water; simmer for 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain and return potatoes and garlic to pan.
Add Smart Balance® Fat Free Milk and Omega-3s, sour cream, Smart Balance® Blended Butter Sticks and remaining ingredients. Using a masher, mash until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste and garnish with fresh chives.
