This recipe takes a classic and well loved peanut butter/chocolate kiss holiday cookie and makes it melt-in-your mouth, irresistible! With Smart Balance Creamy Peanut Butter it is even healthier and it is so easy, you won’t believe it.
1 cup Smart Balance Rich Roast Creamy Peanut Butter
1 cup sugar
18 Dark Chocolate Hersey Kisses (or Milk Chocolate if you prefer)
Mix cup of Smart Balance Peanut Butter, the egg and 1 cup of sugar.
Shape into 1 inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. I use a Pampered Chef, small mellon baller. Works great!
Bake in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes.
Press a chocolate kiss into the center of each warm cookie.
Makes 18 cookies (1 cookie per serving).
