You’ll enjoy this version of tuna so much it could replace your standard recipe. Serve on 100% whole-grain bread or crackers, or just over salad greens lightly tossed in lemon and Smart Balance® Cooking Oil.
1/2 cup low sodium water-packed tuna—albacore or chunk light
1 1/2 tablespoons Smart Balance® Light Mayonnaise Dressing
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1 tablespoon finely chopped celery
1 tablespoon finely chopped carrots
1 tablespoon slivered or chopped almonds
1 tablespoon raisins
1 teaspoon low-fat plain yogurt, if desired
In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Add a teaspoon or more of low-fat plain yogurt if you like more moisture. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
