Recipe Ingredients

1 package Duncan Hines® Devil’s Food Cake Mix

3 eggs

1 cup almond or coconut milk

1/3 cup melted Smart Balance® Buttery Sticks

1 cup dark chocolate chips

1 zucchini, shredded, remove excess liquid on paper towels

Recipe Steps

Preheat oven to 350°F. Place 18 paper liners in muffin pan(s).

Combine cake mix pouch with eggs, almond milk and melted Smart Balance in a large bowl.

Beat with an electric mixer at medium speed for 2 minutes. Stir in zucchini and chips with a wooden spoon. Scoop batter (1/4 cup scoop) into prepared pan(s).

Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown and cupcakes spring back in center.

Cool completely on wire rack.
