warm crunchy chocolate peanut butter dessert bars
2 large ripe bananas
8 cinnamon graham crackers
8 tbsp Smart Balance peanut butter
Chocolate syrup as desired
Preheat oven to 300 degrees
Peel and slice bananas into ¼” thick slices
Spread 1 tbsp Smart Balance peanut butter onto each graham cracker
Arrange banana slices evenly over the peanut butter side of each graham cracker
Place graham crackers on an ungreased cookie sheet and cook on the middle rack of the oven for 10 minutes.
Remove graham crackers from oven and place on plates to cool for one minute
Drizzle desired amount of chocolate syrup over bananas (1/4 tsp each is recommended) and serve!
