2 Tbsp. Smart Balance® Buttery Sticks
2 ripe bananas, sliced 1-inch thick
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
4 slices of toasted bread
Melt Smart Balance in a nonstick skillet over medium heat with brown sugar, vanilla and salt
Add bananas and gently toss. Cook 3 to 4 minutes, or until slightly softened and dark golden brown
Serve over toast with a dollop of yogurt sprinkled with granola
