Cold. Fresh. Classy.
2 cups cooked short pasta (your choice!)
1 6 oz can of artichoke hearts, including juice
3 tomatoes, chopped
3 tbsp mayonnaise
3/4 tsp dried basil
1 tbsp dried parsley
salt + pepper
Halve the artichoke hearts.
Mix artichoke juice and mayonnaise in a small bowl.
Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl.
