2 large ripe bananas, sliced 1/2 inch thick
2 tbsp Smart Balance® Rich Roast Creamy Peanut Butter
Place the bananas on a tray and place in the freezer until completely frozen solid.
Place the frozen bananas in the food processor and pulse until smooth and creamy.
Add peanut butter and pulse a few times to combine.
Serve in two bowls with your favorite toppings, if desired.
Makes 2 servings.
