A delicious buttery and creamy dip with a hint of spice!
1 red pepper, diced
2 tbsp jalapeño, finely diced
1 tbsp of Smart Balance Omega-3 Buttery Stick
1 lb of shrimp, cooked and diced
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
16 oz light cream cheese
1/2 cup Smart Balance Omega Plus Light Mayonnaise
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tbsp parsley
1/8 tsp onion
1/8 tsp garlic
1/2 cup light shredded cheddar cheese
10 minutes
25 minutes
