Great on beef, chicken and pork!

Main Ingredient: Sauce or Dip
Ingredients:
2 tbsp Smart Balance Omega Oil
1 cup of dry white wine
¼ cup worcestershire
1 cup barbeque sauce
2 tbsp minced garlic
4 dashes of hot sauce
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp smoked paprika

15 minutes
Yield/Notes:
Makes 2 1/2 cups

Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl and mix well. |

If using as a marinade, it is ready to marinate your favorite cut of meat. I used London broil and marinated overnight. |

If using as a sauce, empty into a large sauce pan and cook over medium heat for 10-15 minutes until the alcohol burns off. Let cool to room temperature if using immediately or serve chilled. |
