A new one to try instead of the old favorites!
1 bunch asparagus
1 tbsp Smart Balance Omega-3 Buttery Sticks
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
8 oz light cream cheese
8 oz light sour cream
¼ cup grated romano cheese
½ cup light shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp lemon juice
2-4 drops hot sauce
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp fresh thyme
10 minutes
20 minutes

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. |

Slice the bunch of asparagus into thin rounds, discarding the tough ends. |

Sauté over medium high heat with the Smart Balance butter, salt and pepper until softened, about 5 minutes. |

Add the garlic and remove from the heat. |
