1 ripe mango, peeled, seeded and chopped
1/4 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
2 tbs fresh lime juice
1 tbs fresh lemon juice
3 cups shredded leftover turkey
3 cups lettuce, shredded
1/2 cup Smart Balance® Omega Plus™ Light Mayonnaise Dressing
2 cloves garlic, minced
10 minutes prep + 30 minute rest + 10 minutes assembly

In a medium bowl combine mango, red bell pepper, lime and lemon juices. Gently toss to thoroughly combine. Cover bowl and set aside to rest for 30 minutes before the next step. |

In a large bowl, add turkey, lettuce and the mango mixture and stir to combine. Distribute evenly among four tacos. |

|
In a small bowl, combine Smart Balance® Omega Plus™ Light Mayonnaise Dressing and minced garlic. Add a dollop to each of the tacos and serve. |

looks like a great healthy recipe but my cholesterol is LDL bad - 209 level and this doesn't seem to be a good recipe for lowering cholesterol

why does this recipe say the cook time is 30 minutes, I don't see anywhere it says to cook?
Good point. The "prep time" now includes the preparation, resting time, and assembly.
