Swedish turkey meatballs

1 lb. Ground turkey
2 Egg whites
1 pkg. Lipton Onion soup mix
1 Cup Water
1/2 cup un-flavord bread crumbs
1 lb No Yolk Egg noodles
1 Can Fat free brown gravy

In a large bowl mix turkey, egg whites, soup mix, bread crumbs and water mix well and roll your meatballs. Saut'e your meatballs in the Smart Balance yill browned on both sides add gravy simmer till meat has cooked fully. Serve over the noodles cooked as per package direction and enjoy will feed four. .

Yummy recipe! Everyone in my family loved it, even my picky eater! I had to use more breadcrumbs than the recipe called for in order to make the mixture firm enough to roll into a ball shape. I also added more of the gravy, as one can didn't seem to be quite enough. The flavor is delicious and reminds me of salisbury steak.
