4 medium bananas, sliced 1-inch thick
1 1/2 pints strawberries
For the dip:
3/4 cup Smart Balance® Rich Roast Creamy Peanut Butter
3/4 cup Smart Balance® Fat Free Milk and Omega-3s
2 tbsp agave syrup
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
Place strawberries and banana slices on skewers.
In a blender add all ingredients for the dip and blend until smooth. Place in a medium-sized bowl. Set the fruit skewers on a platter with the dip.
