Recipe Ingredients
12 oz jar of roasted red peppers
19 oz can of cannellini beans
2 tbsp of Smart Balance Omega Oil
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
2 tbsp lemon juice
½ cup fresh basil
Recipe Steps
Drain jar of roasted red peppers and then add to food processor.
Empty can of cannellini beans into a colander and rinse well under water. Add to food processor.
Add the remaining ingredients to the food processor and mix for about a minute until well blended.
Serve right away with your favorite veggies or protein or chilled as a dip with pita chips.
