12 oz fat free plain Greek yogurt
¼ cup honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp lemon juice

This sounds great and I 'm looking forward to trying it. I appreciate the nutritional information per serving size. One question -- what IS the serving size? i.e. 2 tablespoons, 1/4 cup?
