This makes a great breakfast along side some toast, or a quick breakfast to go. You can customize it to your tastes by varying the flavor of yogurt.
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1 medium ripe banana
2 tablespoons dry milk powder
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon wheat germ
1 tablespoon Smart Balance Rich Roast Peanut Butter
2 ice cubes
10 Minutes
