1/2 cup Smart Balance® Omega Oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon dried oregano leaves
2 medium garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Cook’s Tip
This is a very intense salad dressing - a little goes a long way in flavor. Recommend using 1/4 cup to toss Artichoke and Red Pepper Mixed Green Salad and storing remaining dressing in jar.

STEPS:

 

In a small jar, combine all dressing ingredients and shake vigorously.

This is great! I used it to marinate tofu over night and used the extra as a salad dressing. I added the grilled tofu plus cherry tomatoes and red onions to the salad super easy and tasty!

I marinated sundried tomatoes in the dressing overnight and served it on top of bread and crackers. Delish!!
