Who needs to go out to dinner when you can make this at home?
1 lb lump crab meat
1/4 cup plain breadcrumbs
Tsp Old Bay seasoning
1/2 cup fresh chopped parsley
1/2 cup Smart Balance Omega Plus Mayonnaise
Zest of lemon
Juice lemon
Tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp pepper
1 egg white
10 minutes

Serves 4
For an appetizer, shape into 16 balls.
Serve with cocktail sauce and tartar sauce, if desired.

Gently pick through the crab meat, removing any shells, and place into a bowl. Add the breadcrumbs, old bay and parsley. Toss gently. |
