Lightened up comfort food!

Main Ingredient: Beef
Ingredients:
2 ½ pounds of 93% lean ground beef
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp basil
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp salt
½ cup Italian breadcrumbs
½ cup grated Romano cheese
½ cup dry white wine
2 eggs
¼ cup of Smart Balance Omega Oil

20 minutes
Cook Time:
20 minutes

Makes 40 meatballs

STEP 1: |

|
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. |
|
|
|
STEP 2: |

|
In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients. |
|
|

STEP 3: |

|
Mix gently until all ingredients are combined. |
|
|

STEP 4: |
|
|
Eyeball about a 1 oz portion of meat mixture and roll by hand. |

STEP 5: |
|
|
Place onto a large sheet pan. |
|

|
Bake in oven for 20 minutes. |
