Italian Meatballs

Ingredients: 

2 ½ pounds of 93% lean ground beef
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp basil
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp salt
½ cup Italian breadcrumbs
½ cup grated Romano cheese
½ cup dry white wine
2 eggs
¼ cup of Smart Balance Omega Oil


Prep Time: 

20 minutes


Cook Time: 

20 minutes


Yield/Notes: 

Makes 40 meatballs

STEP 1:

 

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

STEP 2:

 

In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients.

STEP 3:

 

Mix gently until all ingredients are combined.

STEP 4:

 

Eyeball about a 1 oz portion of meat mixture and roll by hand.

STEP 5:

 

Place onto a large sheet pan.

STEP 6:

 

Bake in oven for 20 minutes.

STEP 7:
