8 oz lump crabmeat
6 oz reduced-fat shredded sharp cheddar
2 tbsp light sour cream
2 tbsp Smart Balance® Blended Butter Sticks, melted
3 tsp Cholula hot sauce
2 tbsp Smart Balance® Fat Free Milk and Omega-3s
1 tbsp horseradish
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
paprika (for sprinkling before baking)
Smart Balance® Non-Stick Cooking Spray – Original
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Combine crabmeat and shredded cheese in bowl and mix well, then combine remaining ingredients.
Spray a small baking casserole or pie dish with non-stick spray.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the top is slightly browned and the cheese is hot and melted.
Serve with baked chips.
