3/4 cup Smart Balance® Omega-3 Buttery Sticks
2 cups sugar
2 Smart Balance™ Omega-3 Grade A Natural Large Eggs
1/2 cup molasses
2 tsp vinegar
3 3/4 cups all-purpose flour, sifted
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
2-3 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground cloves

STEPS:

 

Cream together 3/4 cup Smart Balance® Omega-3 Buttery Sticks and 2 cups sugar. Then stir in 2 Smart Balance™ Omega-3 Grade A Natural Large Eggs (well beaten), molasses and vinegar. Sift and add all-purpose flour, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon and cloves.

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix ingredients until blended. Form dough into 3/4 inch balls. Bake on greased cookie sheet at 350°F for about 12 minutes.
