4 flounder fillets
1/4 cup fat-free Italian dressing
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp fresh pepper
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 1/2 tbsp Smart Balance® Cooking Oil
1 garlic clove, crushed
2 tbsp Italian seasoned breadcrumbs

STEP 1:

 

Preheat broiler.

STEP 2:

 

Marinate the fish with Italian dressing for 3-5 minutes.
Season fish with salt, pepper and oregano.

STEP 3:

 

Top the fish with
crushed garlic and drizzle with Smart Balance® Cooking
Oil; sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.

STEP 4:

 

Arrange fillets in a single layer on a broiler pan. Broil on
low flame about 8 inches from the heat until fish is cooked
through and the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
