12 Smart Balance Omega 3 Eggs
4 tbsp Smart Balance Omega Plus Light Mayonnaise
2 tsp yellow mustard
2 tsp pickle relish
1 tsp dill
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper

STEPS:

 

1- Place eggs in an empty pot.
2- Cover with water by 1 inch.
3- Bring to a boil over medium heat and boil gently for 10 minutes.
4- Remove pot from heat and run eggs under cold water.
5- Peel eggs when cool to the touch and slice in half.
6- Remove yolks and place in a mixing bowl.
7- Arrange egg whites on a serving platter.
8- Add remaining ingredients to egg yolks and mix well.
9- Spoon yolk mixture onto eggs.
10- Serve chilled and garnish with dill if desired.
