2 cups Smart Balance® Fat Free Milk and Omega-3s
1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
3/4 cup coarse cornmeal
¼ tsp salt
2 tbsp freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp Smart Balance® Blended Butter Sticks
Bring the milk and broth to a boil.
Sprinkle in the cornmeal, whisking steadily. Stir in the salt. Reduce the heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally for 10 to 12 minutes, or until thick.
Stir in the Parmesan cheese and buttery sticks.
