Recipe Ingredients
8 oz uncooked bow tie pasta
1/4 cup white onion, minced
1/3 cup Smart Balance® Light Mayonnaise Dressing
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp fresh dill
2 cups cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1 lb medium cooked shrimp, peeled
salt and pepper to taste
Recipe Steps
Cook pasta in salted water according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
In a medium bowl, combine onions, Smart Balance® Light Mayonnaise Dressing, vinegar, mustard and dill. Mix well. Add tomatoes and any juice from the tomatoes, shrimp, pasta. Salt and pepper to taste, toss well and place in a large bowl.
