Graham Crackers to fill 2 9x12 cookie sheets, lined with foil
1 1/2 cups sliced almonds
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 -15 ounce container of Smart Balance Original buttery Spread
1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 tsp. coarse salt
Preheat oven to 350
Line 2 9x12 baking sheets with foil
Line crackers in a single layer, touching, covering both cookie sheets
put almonds on top
In a small heavy saucepan, bring sugar and butter to a boil over medium high heat until it is boiling. Cook for 4 minutes on medium heat, stirring.
Pour over crackers and bake for 12 minutes
Immdediately sprinkle with chocolate chips.
Put back in oven for 1 minute
Remove and spread chocolate all over with a spatula
Refrigerate so it will cool completely
Break into irregular pieces...YUM
