A delicious and fluffy pancake made with fresh buttermilk

Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon white sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup of buttermilk
3 tablespoons milk
1 egg
1 -1/2 tablespoon melted buttery spread

About 8 pancakes

STEP 1: |

Combine all of the dry ingredients in one bowl (flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt). Beat together all of the wet ingredients in another bowl (buttermilk, milk, eggs, and melted buttery spread) |

|
Heat and lightly oil a griddle or frying pan |
|
|
|
STEP 3: |
|
|
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and blend until they are mixed but still lumpy |
|
|
|
STEP 4: |
|
|
Pour onto the hot griddle in 1/2 cup portions |

|
STEP 5: |
|
|
Brown on both sides and serve |
