A thick delicious smoothie made with yogurt, lots of berries, and smart balance skim milk.
2 cups of Smart Balance skim milk
2 cups of crushed ice
3 large ripe bananas
6 oz of blueberry yogurt (or yogurt of your choice)
6 oz raspberries
8 oz strawberries
5 minutes
no cooking/only a minute to blend
1 ¼ cup per serving – Makes 4 servings
210 calories per serving
