Ingredients: 

2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons Smart Balance® Omega-3 Butter Blend Stick
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup Smart Balance™ Fat Free Milk and Omega-3s & Vitamin E
1 1/2 teaspoons beef bouillon granules
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper

STEP 1:

 

Combine the flour and Smart Balance® Omega-3 Butter Blend Stick in a medium saucepan over medium heat.

STEP 2:

 

Stir until melted. Whisk in the water until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients. Bring to a full boil over medium heat and boil 2 minutes, stirring frequently with a flat spatula. Serve topped with additional black pepper, if desired.
