4 tilapia fillets, about 5 1/2 oz each
2 tbsp Smart Balance® Cooking Oil
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp minced shallots
1 tsp fresh oregano
salt and fresh cracked pepper
4 lemon wedges for serving
Wash fish and pat dry. Line broiler pan with tin foil and lay the fish on the foil.
Combine Smart Balance® Cooking Oil, lemon, shallots and oregano in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle over fish.
Set the broiler to low and place fish about 8 inches from the flame. Cook until fish is cooked through, about 8 to 10 minutes. Serve with extra lemon wedges.
